Personal Fitness Guidance
To assist individuals in initiating their exercise routines, Active Health Clinic offers the Personal Fitness Guidance Programme. This programme is primarily designed for those interested in starting a fitness routine but unsure of where to begin or how to perform exercises correctly.
Your first step to getting physically active
​The Personal Fitness Guidance Programme includes two one-hour sessions that provide a comprehensive assessment of your current health and fitness levels. The sessions help identify potential health risks and support the development of a exercise plan aligned with your fitness goals and overall health status.
What you will learn
Under the guidance of our Student Trainers, participants will learn:

Proper techniques for using fitness equipment

Fundamental concepts of physical fitness and sports

Effective and safe exercise practices
This approach promotes faster progress and reduces the risk of injury.
Additionally, training schedules can be adjusted in consultation with our Student Trainers to better suit individual needs.​

Further continuation of the personal training programme after the two sessions is optional and can be requested in consultation with our Fitness Trainers.​
To schedule your Personal Fitness Guidance session, please click below to book your first session and we will contact you for an appointment. A service fee of HKD 360 will be charged for both sessions and bookings are limited to once per person.
