Campus Fit
Campus Fit is a 10‑week, on‑campus circuit and interval training programme designed for university staff and students seeking a structured and time‑efficient way to improve their fitness. Led by experienced coaches, the programme offers two supervised sessions each week, ensuring participants receive expert guidance, motivation, and support throughout their journey.

Venue and Schedule
The programme is suitable for all fitness levels, from complete beginners to those with more training experience. Every exercise is fully scalable, allowing participants to work at a pace and intensity that feels challenging yet safe.
