WHAT YOU GET IN THE HYROX TRAINING COURSE
By enrolling in the HYROX Preparation Course, you’ll receive:
Progressive HYROX Style Group Training
Ten weeks of small group training sessions focused on the key HYROX movements and running demands.
Comprehensive Fitness Assessment
The initial assessment includes a DXA Whole Body Scan to measure muscle mass, fat mass and fat percentage.
Professional Coaching by HYROX Certified Coaches
Training sessions are led by certified CSE instructors with HYROX qualifications.

THE HYROX TRAINING COURSE
We offer four course options, each following the same HYROX preparation structure. Every session is coached by one of our qualified instructors, with all exercises scaled to your level.

Prepare for Guangzhou or Hong Kong
Get race-ready with our HYROX training courses. Whether for Guangzhou in November 2026 or Hong Kong in January 2027, our 10-week program plus 4-week follow-up build your endurance, strength, and confidence for peak performance.
10-week HYROX Training Course (September - November)

A 10-week progressive programme designed to get you race-ready step by step. Each week helps you improve your cardiovascular fitness, master the HYROX exercises, and boost your confidence so that when race day arrives, you are fully prepared to perform at your best.
4-week HYROX training course (November - December)*

Access the High Performance Zone
For an additional HK$450 top-up, enjoy 10-week access to the High Performance Zone, our dedicated HYROX training venue, throughout the course period.
In addition to your coached weekly sessions, you will be able to train independently in the same environment used for HKU HYROX preparation. This gives you more opportunities to practise key movements, build endurance, develop strength, and stay consistent with your training.
Facility Access: Participants may train outside scheduled class times only. Access is not permitted from 12:00–14:00 and 17:00–20:00, or while scheduled classes are taking place.
