Organiser
The Lucky Draw is organised by the Centre for Sports and Exercise (CSE), The University of Hong Kong (HKU).
 

Eligibility

• The Lucky Draw is open to HKU staff, students, alumni and others from the HKU Community who participated in the HYROX event as part of Team HKU HYROX.

• Participants must submit at least one eligible photo via the official Microsoft Form within the submission period.

• Employees of the Centre for Sports and Exercise directly involved in organising this campaign are not eligible to participate.
   

Submission Period

• Photo submissions will be accepted from [11 May 2026] to [15 May 2026], inclusive.

• Submissions received after the deadline will not be eligible for the Lucky Draw.
   

How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete the Photo Submission Form, including:

  • Full name

  • Valid HKU email address

  • Uploading at least one eligible photo

  • Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

• Each participant is limited to one Lucky Draw entry, regardless of the number of photos submitted.
   

Eligible Photos

• Photos must be related to the HYROX event and may include:

  • Individual race or post‑race photos

  • Group photos with other HKU participants

  • Photos capturing the race atmosphere

• Photos must not contain offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful content.

• The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any submission that does not meet eligibility requirements.
   

Photo Ownership and Consent

• Participants confirm that they either own the submitted photos or have obtained consent from all identifiable individuals featured in the photos.

• By submitting photos, participants grant HKU and CSE permission to use the photos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, newsletters, presentations, and internal communications.
   

Prizes

• Prizes are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

• The Organiser reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of similar value if necessary.
   

Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the submission deadline.

• Winners will be notified via the email address provided within 2 weeks after the closing date.

• If a winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
   

Publicity

• With the winner’s consent, names and/or photos may be used for promotional or announcement purposes related to the campaign.
   

Personal Data

• Personal data collected will be used solely for purposes related to this campaign, including administration of the Lucky Draw, prize fulfilment, and campaign evaluation.

• All personal data will be handled in accordance with HKU’s data protection policies and applicable privacy regulations.
   

Right to Modify or Cancel

• The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Lucky Draw at any time without prior notice, if circumstances beyond its control arise.
   

Acceptance of Terms

• By submitting a photo, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
   

Final Decision

• All decisions made by the Organiser in relation to the Lucky Draw are final and binding.
