The Active Health Clinic was recently featured in an article by the South China Morning Post (SCMP) about the class and how you can be just as effective as a “Weekend Warrior” compared to exercising every day.

According to new research from Massachusetts General Hospital, doing intense workouts 2 or 3 times a week can provide the same health benefits as spreading out shorter sessions throughout the week. So, whether you’re a busy parent, a working professional, or simply someone looking to make the most of limited workout time, remember that quality and consistency matter more than how often you hit the gym.
